How to hire for the general public

We provide plant hire to both domestic and commercial customers across Kent. Below you will find a brief overview of the hire process for our domestic customers.

When we come to deliver your equipment its important that you have all the necessary paperwork ready for us to check through prior to us releasing the hire equipment to you. We require a minimum of one photo ID either a driving licence or passport, as well as two utility bills that contain your name and full home address. For insurance purposes these bills need to be dated within the last 3 months.
Once you have placed your order we will arrange a time that’s convenient for you in order to deliver the equipment you have selected. We can deliver to your home or workplace and provide you with all the information you need, in order for you to feel comfortable using the machinery.
We require a deposit on all hires from small tools to the larger plant equipment. The deposit is Held for any damages to the equipment. Payment would be due before the hire starts, payment via card over the phone is usually the easiest method.

Please make sure all equipment is cleaned off before returning/collection otherwise a cleaning charge my occur. We will check over the equipment for any damages before we release the deposit.
